Terms of Service & Service Level Agreement

1 Scope of Services & Project Engagement

Nikiphoros provides end-to-end digital engineering services including custom web development, Angular SSR applications, Laravel backends, React Native / Ionic PWA mobile builds, UI/UX design, and SEO optimization. Specific project deliverables, sprint timelines, and milestones are outlined in individual project proposals and master service agreements (MSAs).

2 Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

Upon completion of project milestones and full settlement of agreed invoices:

• Client Ownership: The client retains 100% full ownership of custom source code, graphic assets, brand identities, and database contents created for their project.
• Third-Party Components: Open-source libraries, npm packages, and framework utilities remain subject to their respective open-source licenses (MIT, Apache 2.0).

3 Agile Sprint Execution & Revisions

Our studio operates using agile sprint methodologies. Minor revisions and enhancements requested within the scope of active sprint milestones are included. Scope expansions or new module requests are documented and estimated in subsequent sprint addendums.

4 Maintenance & Service Guarantees

Nikiphoros provides a 30-day post-launch warranty period for custom web and application deployments to fix any technical bugs or rendering anomalies free of charge. Long-term SLA support packages are available for continuous maintenance, security updates, and server scaling.
