Refund & Cancellation Policy

For custom engineering and design engagements, payment milestones and refund conditions are governed by the applicable project contract, quotation, or invoice terms.

Work, deliverables, and engineering hours that have already been executed, completed, or delivered are non-refundable where the applicable contract provides otherwise.

If a client wishes to cancel or pause an ongoing project, the client should notify Nikiphoros in writing as soon as possible.

Any potential refund or outstanding balance will be assessed in good faith based on the contracted milestone terms, engineering hours already expended, deliverables completed up to the date of notice, and non-recoverable third-party costs incurred.

Where a project is structured into milestone stages (e.g. Discovery & Wireframing, UI/UX Prototype, Core Development, QA & Deployment), each milestone represents a defined deliverable phase.

Cancellation after a milestone has formally commenced or been signed off is subject to the commercial terms agreed upon in the statement of work.

Payments made to third-party vendors (such as domain registrars, cloud server providers, SSL cert authorities, commercial plugin/theme licenses, SMS gateways, or ad network spend) are subject to the respective external vendor's terms and are generally non-refundable.

All billing inquiries or formal refund requests must be submitted in writing through the official Nikiphoros contact channel, citing the applicable invoice number, project reference, and reason for the request.
