Ownership of project-specific deliverables will transfer to the client in accordance with the applicable project agreement upon full settlement of invoice amounts.

Third-party libraries, open-source frameworks, stock photography, licensed fonts, APIs, and commercial software remain subject to their respective copyright licences.

Nikiphoros retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, reusable internal libraries, frameworks, and engineering methodologies unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all content, copy, imagery, trademarks, datasets, and assets supplied to Nikiphoros are legally owned or appropriately licensed for the intended use.

Clients are also responsible for timely review feedback, milestone sign-offs, and compliance with statutory regulations governing their specific industry.

Software projects frequently depend on external platforms such as web hosting providers, cloud servers (AWS, DigitalOcean, GCP), payment gateways, SMS/email APIs, app store distribution channels, and domain registrars.

The operational availability, uptime, fee structures, and technical policies of such external services remain under the direct control of their respective providers.

Changes requested after formal approval of the project scope or architecture may require additional sprint cycles or costs.

The technical impact, additional timeline, and fee adjustments for significant change requests will be communicated transparently before implementation.
