Empowering small local retailers who cannot afford complicated catalog management.
During lockdown periods, local grocers, pharmacies, and small shops urgently needed to sell online. However, existing enterprise e-commerce platforms demanded complex SKU catalogs, photography, and technical expertise that small business owners did not possess.
De-live-r was engineered around a simple truth: make onboarding take 2 minutes, enable photo/voice/list orders, and connect stores directly to neighborhood delivery agents.
“Software must adapt to human habits, not force humans to adapt to software complexity.”
We introduced handwritten shopping list uploads, direct merchant confirmation over WhatsApp Webhooks, and automatic location geocoding for swift neighborhood deliveries.
Over 10,000 Essential Orders Fulfilled
De-live-r enabled dozens of local mom-and-pop stores to maintain steady revenue while ensuring residents received critical groceries and medications safely at their doorsteps.
